Comments about Buff Moms-To-Be DVD:

This work out is very easy to do and easy to squeeze into a busy schedule. There are three separate work outs that you can do all together or one when you have time. If you're a very advanced exerciser then you might find the disk a little boring, but if you're a momma-to-be that just wants something to help stretch and tone, this just may be the key for you. I'm on my second pregnancy and have a hectic schedule, but this DVD fits into my schedule whether I have 10 minutes or 45 minutes to get in a workout.
