I bought this for my 20 m old and I will never go back to the "fruity" toothpaste again. I listened to other reviews whose kids liked it thinking, how will she like mint, but...she does. Our routine used to be I let her hold the toothbrush, then I "try" to brush her teeth while she resists, but NOW she lets me brush them (no objections) and pauses to tell me, "I like it" over and over EVERY time we brush teeth (I'm not exaggerating). It makes her breath smell fresh. We've been using it for 2 months, her teeth are still white and clean. Tube will last a long time too. It is the safest product I could find. Check out ewg skin deep and compare others, its rated "2" low risk and recommended.

My 3 1/2 year old has used this since she was 1! She loves it and doesn't complain of the minty flavor. We figured we'd get her started with minty toothpaste early on so she'd get used to adult toothpaste. It also takes great care of her teeth and at her first dentist appointment at age 3, she got a totally clean bill of health! No cavities and a healthy mouth.
