(Taylor does not use paint to adhere glass platforms to the sensor disks, it detracts from the design of the scale). The 1.0 readout is highlighted by bright chrome, making it easy to read. The scale is pound/kilogram capable with a 300 lb/136 kg capacity. Includes a long life lithium battery that lasts and lasts, month after month. 5 year warranty.
