I have been using this product for at least 15 years. For me, it's not about the whitening ... it's a great paste for reducing plaque buildup between dental visits. And, although I am hyper-sensitive to flouride - I have been able to use this paste without any problems. I have always had extremely sensitive gums and I find Supersmile to be very gentle. Even though it is hyped as a whitening toothpaste - it is so much more than that. If you have had any type of sensitive teeth or gums give this a try. It is awfully PRICEY - but I am grateful to have stumbled upon it for it has solved many of my mouth issues and has been the only toothpaste I have been able to consistently use without problem side effects.
