I use this product for cowashing and it works GREAT! I wouldn't use it ALL the time because of the cones in it, but if you're not a follower of the Curly Girl Method or use a lathering shampoo, you shouldn't have a problem using this product DAILY if you wanted to. I notice more definition and shine when I use this conditioner. You can use it as a deep conditioner even. The smell is pretty good, nothing "special", but it smells good. Typical Suave.. It is really thick, so it works very well on my type 4 curls. It holds it's own with much more pricey brands such as Pantene, and out shines some of the EXCESSIVELY expensive products. I'd say this product is a winner and if I feel the need to "clarify" with a sulfate shampoo, I will purchase the Captivating Curls Shampoo as well. I will definately purchase this product again, and recommend it to my friends.
