I have extremely dry lips and use this morning and evening. I believe it's recommended for 2 - 3 times a week. But if your looking for smooth kissable lips, you can use as often as you want. I have used it 3 times a day in the winter, and it's so easy, 2 minutes tops, and it does not strip your lips no matter how often you use it. I order so many just in case they ever take it off the market... have backup. I highly recommend this product. Special tip...if you use just a little, it will just melt into your lipss in about 5 - 10 minutes. I do that sometimes and the after effects are amazing. Throw on some lip butter and you will wake up with super soft lips.
