I have used this shampoo daily since 2008. Prior to using this I was using dandruff shampoo because I thought I had dandruff. Turns out my scalp was sensitive to all the chemicals they put in shampoos like garnier and pantene.

This shampoo cleans well without stripping the hair. It does not dry my hair out (and my hair is dry, especially in the winter).
