I love this product. It is thick and cleans very quickly. It does not involve a lot of scrubbing. A little product goes a long way.

I had an initial bad impression with this product. When it arrived in the mail, I opened the box and there was clear goo everywhere. The product had leaked during shipping and I called soap.com right away. They imediately apologized and said they'd send another (I didn't ask for another! I just wanted to let them know maybe they should package it better). Upon later inspection I realized it was not the fault of the shipping but of the actual assembly of the nozzel on the lid. It was installed crooked and that is why it leaked. The 2nd bottle that came the next day arrived perfectly and the nozzel was normal.

The product itself works very well - and it doesn't have the awful chemical smell that my other cleaners had. It smells nice and fresh and clean and it works perfectly because my toilets are both sparkling white! Yay.

I love this product. First of all I really like that it is eco-friendly, second it really does its job...our toilet was sparkling, third it smells wonderful! It doesn't have that harsh chemical smell, but it does make your bathroom smell clean and a lot of other eco-friendly products don't do that.

I REALIZE THAT THIS PRODUCT IS ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY WHICH IS GREAT .....SINCE IT IS CLEAR IN COLOR HARD TO SEE YOU HAVE PUT ANY OF THE PRODUCT ON .....
