Great for men & women. I have straight thick hair with layers. I blow dry it with roll brushes. Works great for separation and if you just want hold for a flip. Only use it on the flip or tips. Wouldn't recommend using any wax or pommade all over or too close to roots since you will look like a wet dog. Feels heavier than it actually is. Great for smoothing out your ends too. My husband uses this also & I like that it has a pleasant scent for anyone.
