This product has been used daily in the family for years. I was delighted to find this count option as we slowly become empty nesters. Product is used to clean ears as described and for the occasional small cleaning jobs like silver jewelery or hard-to-reach areas on appliances or in drawer spaces. I have also used Q-tips to apply ointments/creams onto skin.
