THE NAME HAS CHANGED!!!!! They are no longer called 3 stage filters. They are now called MINERAL CLEAR. This made for LOTS of confusion with my shipment. They are the new version of the 3 stage filters, which are no longer being made. I love the new design of the mounted faucet these go with. The old model used to crack, the new one has a simple release mechanism to avoid the stress for replacing the filters.

I think Brita and Pur are about equal,
but I wonder why 6 pack replacement filters for Pur are
NOT sold at retail stores yet.

We use a Pur filter and the replacement cartridges are on the expensive side to buy individually at the grocery store. I was amazed when I saw the price for 6 of them. Totally worth spending a little extra at one time as opposed to buying one every couple of months. I have no complaints with the product itself but my rating is based more on the outstanding price.
