This is the best suppliment on the market for protein and greens! Mixes easliy with plain juice or as a smoothie with yogurt and fruit. Great if your diet is not as healthy as you'd like and don't have time for thoughtful food choices and preparation. Definately can feel instant results in energy level and over time, an over all healthier appearance. Color may be off-putting at first when mixed with liquid (GREEN), and there is a flavor to the powder, but it is not noticable once you get used to it. Highly Recommended!
