Finely milled with an extra soft base of Corn Silk and Jojoba Oil, NVEY ECO, Organic Cake Eyeliner can be used to highlight and contour the eye area; while Chamomile and Vitamins, A, C, and E make for a smooth and soft formula, excellent for dry and sensitive eyes. Single shades can be used, or step-it-up with any NVEY ECO, Organic Cake Eyeliner or shadow shades; can be used wet (with water only). Each palette selection contains five (5) full-size single shadows; these shadows are also available as singles.
Zea Mays (corn silk), Caprylic Capric Triglyceride (coconut oil), Magnesium Stearate (palm oil), Tocopheryl Acetate (vitamin e), Simmondsia Chinensis (jojoba oil), Anthemis Nobilis Extract (chamomile), Ascorbyl Palmitate (vitamin c), Daucus Carota (carrot oil), Palm Kernel Glycerides (palm kernel oil), Stearic Acid (palm derived).
