I heard after a woman has a baby she can start to have thyroid problems. I decided to take a supplement to make sure I am helping my body be the healthiest it can be. I feel like I have more energy and less of an appetite after taking the vitamin. I am not sure if that is the placebo effect or the actual vitamin, but I'll take it!
