Comments about NOW Foods Peppermint Softgels, 90 ct:

I've suffered from both lactose intolerance and IBS for about six years now. Previous to taking peppermint oil I would have terrible stomach cramps and other bathroom-related crises almost weekly. Since I've been taking Peppermint Oil, which has been about a year now, the problems have almost completely gone away. I still suffer from an occasional issue but I no longer have to live my life in fear of what I eat.
