Comments about NOW Foods Magnesium Citrate 200 mg Tabs:

Magnesium citrate tablets are a GREAT way to get some extra magnesium - something that most of us are a little deficient in. My OB recommended adding magnesium, that it would help with pregnancy-related nighttime restless leg syndrome (which I don't have) and nighttime leg cramps (which I do have). However, all that I could find at Wal***t was magnesium in lesser-absorbable forms. Magnesium citrate is the way to go! And I would rather have it in tablets, to just add to my regular daily med/supplement regimen, rather than measuring out liquid (albeit, liquid is cheaper!). Nevertheless, I think this is a great product!
