I Loved all the stuff in this and they are small enough that my 2 Year old can chew but she HATES how they taste, I tried them and didn't think they were horrible but I'm not the one taking them. I just squeeze them into her yogurt and she eats it fine.

My 2 year old daughter loves to eat these each day. I used to use the liquid form to put into her oatmeal but this is so much easier to give to her and no waste as when she wouldn't finish her breakfast. She looks forward each day to get the tiny round capsules which are easy to chew and taste good.

Toddler and preschooler loves them. Has helped soooooo much with speech and decreased tantrums greatly!

I give our 3 year old 4 pills every morning. He asks for them & loves the taste (strawberry). Nordic Naturals was highly recommended by many health conscious people that I know. We have never had any problems with these. You can chew them to get the juice out & then throw away the shell or you can just swallow the whole thing. Since my child is only 3, he chews them. We started him on these as part of a healthier diet. He does not throw fits anymore. I'm sure these are part of the positive results we are seeing.
