I love eye make-up and usually have it on like everyday but i take care of my eyes. I usually put some of this on a cotton ball and clean my eye in a circular motion. The make-up comes off easily and you can see it on your cotton.Even kohl on the lower eyelid comes off.
I then wash it off with cold water.

This is fabulous eye makeup remover. I HATED it the first time I used it because I neglected to read the directions on the bottle that say to "Shake well before use". Once you shake the bottle well, it works beautifully and I've never experienced the 'greasy residue' others mention.

I have been using this product for years. I once heard a rumor they were discontinuing it and cleaned out an entire shelf at the drugstore becuase I love it so much. It cleanly removes even liquid liner and waterproof mascara without tugging at the skin in the eye area and doesnt leave behind any oil or grease.

I don't know how they can get away with calling it oil-free when it's half oil and super greasy. But it works extremely well. You just have to wash your eye area afterwards.

This stuff just plain old works. I keep trying other brands but always end up coming back to this! It is slightly greasy feeling but it wipes off easily and I don't mind it at all.

This make - up remover advertises itself as not oily, but it leaves a very greasy feeling on your skin. It would be better if Soap.com offered the L'oreal eye make-up remover, which is great.
