I have been satisfied with other Neutrogena products, but was disappointed with this one. I bought these pads to use with a cleanser that I could not use around the eye area. I wear wash off mascara and eyeshadow. This product removed most of the shadow, but hardly touched the mascara.

While these eye make up remover pads are extremely gentle (as the product name suggests), they are so gentle that they do not effectively remove the eye makeup.

I don't wear particularly heavy eye makeup but, if I use these at night to remove it, I still wake up with raccoon eyes. There doesn't seem to be much product on the pads themselves.
