A period that never turned off, Bleeding everyday of the week. I had a biopsy done, pelvic ultra sound (internal and external), Numerous gynocologist visits, cleared of ALL vaginal infections and when they FAILED to find the problem, other than telling me i had built up uterine lining from not having a regular period for years, i turned to researching solutions my own self. I came across vitex thru youtube and google searches about a year ago. The problem wasn't bothering me so bad then but things started to get worse excruciating cramping every other night for about a month or two before i broke down and bought vitex. I started taking these about 2 weeks ago now and the bleeding finally stopped! I am also less irritable and not snapping as much so i can tell it's regulating my hormones as well. All i can say is I wish i would have ordered sooner... I up'd my dosage (because i am considerably overweight) to two capsules in the morning and two at night. It's working wonders so far! I definately recommend if your story sounds like mine.
