I initially bought this out of desperation to clean up permanent marker my son had "decorated" his desk with. I was amazed it was able to get some of the marker off by letting it sit on full strenght. I didn't expect it to work at all, since the first 5 products I tried didn't work at all. I started using it in all my cleaning, and haven't found anything it doesn't do a good job on. I keep a squirt bottle of watered down cleaner (about 5 parts water to 1 part cleaner), squirt it on, then wipe off. For tough cleaning jobs I let it sit on for a minute, and use a stronger solution for the tougher jobs.
