I LOVE this dish soap. I haven't had any trouble with the pump, I actually really like that feature. I don't have issues with needing to use more than necessary due to the pump, or the pump shooting soap out. I think it's super convenient for applying soap directly to a sponge.

It's very effective and cuts through grease. The smell is terrific--so is the lemon mint, and the pink grapefruit. I would definitely recommend this product.

I also just bought the refill which I'm really excited about. You get double the amount of soap for only $1.99 more than if you were to purchase a whole new pump bottle.

I love the scent, but unfortunately the pump is so poorly designed...it forces you to dispense A LOT OF PRODUCT at once, so I ended up running out of soap within just under a month. Also, if you're not careful, sometimes the dispenser will shoot the soap across the room!

With so many other organic products out there, I can't justify buying this again when it gets used up SO quickly.

I used the method dishwashing liquid a long time ago and liked it but hated the dispenser. The new pump dispenser is great - you get every little last drop out of the bottom without having to turn the bottle upside down and have it leak everywhere. Plus it smells good and gets through the grease.

This dish soap smells great and does the job on cleaning dishes. My only complaint is that you have to use quite a bit of soap (like 5 pumps for a sink full of water). If I have a lot of dishes, the soap will gradually get less and less, and I will have to add even more soap to my water. I have a water softener, so I typically use less soap than average in other brands I have tried.

I find the pump to be quite convenient. The scent is great and it doesn't have that chemical smell with it. It gets my dishes squeaky clean with minimal effort and it rinses very quickly. I do find myself using a few pumps for the dishes from an average dinner--my only complaint.
