I have curly hair and I do not use sulfates or silicones in my hair. This is the only shampoo that I use, when I don't use conditioner for washing my hair. This shampoo is gentle and it thoroughly cleans without leaving my hair feeling stripped or dry.

My curly-haired daughter uses this shampoo every time she washes her hair, and her hair stays soft and moisturized. I use it once a week, alternating with co-washes on the other days I wash my hair. I highly recommend it!
