The GoLean Roll is specifically designed for an optimized glycemic response with slow release carbohydrates to help balance your blood sugar and protein and fiber to help you stay satisfied. Does anyone like this? We're huge fans of Kashi & I looked forward to this product but was very disappointed! It was inedible. The taste is awful.
