it really works, my hair was amazingly straight & soft right after I finished the process, it was a little smelly but the second step actually smelled good...it doesn't really last throught 7 washings as the package suggests but for [$] & a little elbow grease on your part you could could look amazing for an event or special occasion without going to the salon.

This stuff FRIED my hair so bad. All my stylist could do after trying conditioning treatments was just keep cutting it out the last two visits. I still have some of the fried hair and it looks horrible. Worst product I have ever used!

I have shoulder length wavy hair that I blow out or use a flat iron on every day - typically, my hair looks good leaving the house, but by 3pm, it's frizzy and poofy. I used this product - i still had to style my hair as usual, but it looked the same at 7pm when I got home as it did when I left in the morning. PLUS, I didn't need to use any straightening serum/frizz creme on it, so I was able to go three days between washings, so that did save me time.

It absolutely does smell - be ready for that. But I had no issues with damage. I color my hair regularly, so I was a little worried, but everything was fine - no damage, no weird color changes. I woudl recommend the product.

This is the worst hair product I have ever used, it made my hair break off and caused damage resulting in having to cut my hair. Do not buy or use.

I bought this since I frequently blow out and flat iron my naturally curly hair. I was excited to try something that would make the whole straightening process easier, but this product did NOT do that! The entire application process from start to finish (including blow-drying of my shoulder-length hair) took over an hour, and there was no difference in the straightening process compared to my usual routine of shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer with brush and flat iron.
I washed, conditioned and dried my hair the next day to test out the "7 days" claim and there just was NO difference. In addition, the chemical in the first step of the process smells AWFUL and the smell doesn't rinse out. So my hair smelled bad and I didn't see any benefit from the product!
Bottom line: don't waste your money!
