These vitamins look like fish eggs. They are not chewables. I gave my 4 year old one, and she was excited about new "yummy" vitamins like the gummies she's used to. But she spit these out was mad at me for a while! I decided to try one. They pop when you bite down on them, the oil gushes out, and you're left with the plastic-y shell in your mouth. No taste at all, which is good I guess, because they don't taste fishy. I'm keeping them because they have all the DHA's and Omega 3's my daughter needs, I'm just going to have to pop them and add them into her juice. Maybe good for older kids??
