The amount of milk I could pump started going down when my daughter was about 8 months old. I started looking into herbs that should help boost my supply (feugreek, blessed thistle, marshmallow root, red raspberry leaves - all of which are in this product), and I read great reviews on other websites for this product from women in similar situations who had had fantastic results. Despite the high price[$], I thought it would be worth it if it helped. It didn't change the amount I could pump at all, even after a week. I tried taking more than 3 a day without results. It also leaves an icky black licorice taste going down.
