Our pediatrician recommended this for our infant son's eczema and we love it. We have to apply twice a day (morning and night) to keep it in check, but it is well worth it. Our pediatrician also recommended eucerin's aquaphor healing ointment, but I found this to be too greasy with a squirmy 7 month old infant.

Our 1-year old was recently diagnosed with eczema on his face. The doctors recommended Polysporin and Aquaphor. We tried them solo for a 2 weeks. There was no improvement. I read about Eucerin. It began clearing up the Eczema within 3 days. I now use it as a moisturizer on his cheeks to hopefully prevent flair ups.
