I can't say enough great things about this product. I try everything I give my 2 1/2yr & I like this as much as she does. It taste good(for an oil)& in about 3 weeks time we noticed a complete difference in her intellect, speech, & immunity & all for the better. Starting using this when she was 18month, & ever since she has been more "advanced" in every way. Just 1/2 teaspoon everyday you can't go wrong. I've mixed it in yogurt, smoothies, ice cream, on top fresh fruit etc... & she gets her Dha boost & her food w/a little extra flavor. It is an oil so it doesn't mix per say in milk but I give it a little shake & it seems fine she like the taste. No fish smell, burp, or taste. Dr.Sears seems of quality & never had a problem. Only grip is bottle needs to be bigger we use it up so fast & it should come w/a dropper instead of pouring it on a spoon(always loose some)Other than that I would give it 20stars. I have bought this to put in bb shower gift baskets, I have told everyone I know. Not to sound like that bragging mom, but I get compliments from friends & strangers about how advanced she is & her speech & memory are incredible. I say it is from taking this Dha & thank Dr.Sears for an excellent product. Give it a try it can't hurt. Good health to you
