I have really sensitive skin and Dr. Bronner's Baby soap is one of the few soaps out there to not dry out my skin. "Moisturizing" soaps often leave an oily residue and give me zits in unexpected places and this soap also helps me keep that under control, even in the summer months. I love that it's also eco-friendly and organic.

I use this soap for shampoo, body wash, face wash, and hand wash. It works GREAT! The only thing that isn't good about it, is the label is not very clear. Like one user said, it says baby mild, but it is not tear free. I use this all the time on my baby, but I am just very careful not to get it in his eyes. Works great for him! I also water it down to a ratio of about 1:10. The label is not clear about that, but I have read online that it is best to water it down. I use it for my hair, and I don't even have to use a conditioner because it doesn't strip too much of the natural oils from your hair. Works great as body wash, and face wash as well. Showering has become so much faster now that I've been using this soap, because it's all I need!

I use this Castile soap for many purposes - making homemade shampoo, body wash, making dish detergent, etc. The other flavors are a bit overpowering. I like to mix this with the scented ones to cut the scent.

This soap works fine if you like natural and organic products. However, it is NOT for babies! It may say baby-mild, but I think that is just for the smell which doesn't smell much. I didn't read the label very closely and hadn't noticed it is NOT tear free. Unfortunately I used it on my two week old baby and it got in her eyes! It left her with a slight chemical burn (my dad is an O.D.) in her left eye and she screamed for an hour. It was very traumatic. I did buy a big bottle so I have used the rest, but used it on myself!
