We have very hard well water, and our dishwasher was in desperate need of a deep clean. The trays would squeak when you pulled them out and there was this thin film that was all over the dishwasher. I couldn't take it anymore, so I bought this to try. Oh my...it is AMAZING! Seems like my dishwasher is brand new again! It recommends to use once a month, but I will probably use every other month! Give it a try!
