Comments about Dial Antibac Hand Soap Refill, WhiteTea&Vitamin E-40oz:

I bought the refill pack, so cannot comment on the dispenser. The soap is strong and cuts through grease easily. It smells more like chemicals to me than white tea, but the smell is not overpowering. It is not really moisturizing. I would recommend it for the kitchen.
