Potato gnocchi are a typical dish of the Italian culinary tradition and differ according to the regional origin in Dimenion, form and dough type. De Cecco introduces a tasty and balanced product, born from the classical recipe which simply combines select potatoes with soft grain flour. They are known for cooking in just a few minutes, their oval shape and ridged surface make them perfect to create new inviting dishes every day. They are delicious with a wide range of sauces like ragu' or pesto alla Genovese or with special and creative cheese based creamy sauces, or simply with melted butter, sage and parmesan.
