      I'm an ex-smoker and a heavy coffee drinker so I use this as my regular daily toothpaste. It definitely keeps the stains away! Every six months or so I get the 3D Whitening Rinse to boost the whitening. This toothpaste/rinse combo has been working great for me for the past couple of years as I do receive compliments on my smile.

      Another reviewer claimed this toothpaste made their gums bleed but I have not had that issue. Bleeding gums are not caused by toothpaste, they are caused by brushing too hard and/or using a toothbrush that is too stiff, that or gum disease (it can be a symptom of other diseases too). If your gums are bleeding you should switch to a softer toothbrush and maybe go to your dentist to make sure you don't have gingivitis.

      Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

          This product does not work as well as the regular Vivid White. I am a smoker and the regualr Vivid White worked very well. The 3D white made my gums bleed.

          Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
