Clairol Natural Instincts Hair Color

I left the product in my hair for 10 minutes, according the the instructions. However, I still see a few grey hairs poking through even though I am sure I applied it thoroughly in those areas.

I use this hair color in between my permanent hair color to give my color a refresher without the damage. The color is a dark red-violet(darker than whats shown on the box). It's a gorgeous color but a bit bold for most people. I also like the fact that you can spread the hair dye on your wet hair which makes it easy to spread evenly.

The color is actually a dark violet red and not what is shown on the box. I use this on my hair in between my hairdresser appointments since red fades pretty quickly. It is a bit darker than the violet red my Hairdresser usually dyes my hair with but it compliments it well. I've been using this for a couple of years now, and I love it!

I love this haircolor.

Why I color:
- I have a few greys to cover
- I love my natural rich brunette hair color but the sun and blowdrying wash out the color on the ends

This color is easy to use and provides great coverage for what I need. Just yesterday I got a compliment on my color..from a hairdresser!
