this is a great shampoo. put a nickel size amount in palm, work in hair, i think it says to put a dime size but i got really thick hair so i use a tad more. i was afraid my hair would end up looking like an oil pit. but it hasn't. the shampoo doesn't lather but from what i read, that's good. after shampooing, use CHI DAILY TREAMENT(conditioner) it says use a generous amout. wait 2-5 minutes, rinse and voila! soft hair. it detangles. and it looks like it even tones down the frizz but i can't be sure about that. my hair feels clean despite the fact it doesnt lather. i thought lather = cleanliness. Now i know better. there isn't anything NOT to like about this shampoo well maybe the price. for such a small bottle you would like to pay less. but then, this shampoo offers more then the others that go for half the price.
