I've been using charlies for over 4 years [...] So glad I can get it here! I have 2 little ones and this stuff works on all of their challenging muck. I love that the clothes feel clean without the excess scents and softeners. I have an HE machine (my mom and my sisters all have the same one) and I am the only one without build-up/smell/moldy issues. I credit my use of charlies instead of tide! I also love that you use such a small amount.

I have 4 children ages 5 and under. The baby wears cloth diapers. In short, I do a lot of laundry! I am very glad that I tried Charlie's Soap. It cleans everything in the washer beautifully from delicates to diapers. The clothes come out odor and stain free. I highly recommend it!

Works best when you follow the instructions and only use an ounce of the liquid! Half a cup for a load is way too much- it even says that on the container. No wonder 2-stars wasn't happy with the product. Following instructions is essential for maximizing product success... just saying. This product gets out all sorts of stains. Also, no dryer sheet is needed- clothes come out very soft (sometimes with a little static though). And MADE IN THE USA!

I use this product in my high efficency HE washer. There is no residue buildup problem as ther was with other soaps. It launders natural fibers and leaves them soft without fabric softener. Synthetic fabrics don't get that disgusting smell like they do when I use regular detergent and fabric softener which builds up in the fibers causing the smell. It is also much better for the environment, and very gentle on your delicate clothes.

I'm not going back to this product. It says even for HE it takes just half a cup to wash a full load. It didn't work for me, the clothes were not clean, i had to fill to the max line to trust clothes are clean. Also, it doesn't come with a measuring cup like the conventional brands does with their lid, so i had to find my own measuring cup, too much work for a mom like me.

Also, it doesn't give me a friendly feeling reading the back label, it essentially read that the company will but not gladly refund the product. I mean, why write something like that. Don't want to take refunds then don't take it, why write something so defensive, i never needed to refund it but it makes me think this is the kind of business i like to deal with.

I bought this for my son's cloth diapers and loved it so much I use it for all my laundry. It works on everything from soiled diapers to delicate baby clothes, and doesn't irritate sensitive skin. I recommend this to everyone I know, especially new moms. It is the only laundry detergent you will ever have to buy.
