I bought this for my daughter's laundry based on the two reviews on here and was really happy with the initial scent out of the bottle. It seemed mellow and yet pleasant. After running a load of her laundry with half a cap-ful and putting it through the dryer, the smell is completely overpowering! Forget using any fabric softeners because the smell of the detergent will be so strong that you'll have to rewash everything, like I had to. Get something else that claims to be safe for babies laundry and organic and save some money. I wish I could get a refund.

i wash my baby clothes and linens with caldrea. i love the scent and it does a great job in cleaning my baby's soiled clothes. i love the fact that the ingredients are all natural and scent is made from essential oils. it is on the expensive side but i just love the scent that i don't mind it.

I use the detergent for my twin daughters' laundry. It smells absolutely amazing and the scent is on their clothes and blankets when they come out of the dryer. It cleans wonderfully and removes stains that our other baby detergent hasn't. For the price, I would have liked 100 oz, like other baby detergents, but that is my only complaint.
