Both my husband and I love using this product. It cleans well (removes make up and dirt), is gentle, and leaves a clean tingly feeling. We've been able to agree on one facial cleanser which saves us from having to buy two.

this cream feels awesome during and after use. it's smooth and creamy, not soapy or greasy or gritty. it cleanses deeply and quickly and provides a pronounced cooling effect as it does so. it smells fantastic: strong chamomile, slight mint, with hints of aloe and soap. it rinses off easily and leaves skin feeling completely clean, smooth, and moisturized, not oily or dry or tight. if you like a slight tightening effect, i suggest applying some witch hazel toner afterward.

This feels SOOO good on your face- Its invigorating and relaxing all at once and it actually improved the way my skin feels. It does feel like menthol but with the chamomile it doesnt burn and feels nice.

I used to use the gel cleanser from burts, but when reordering i decided to try this one since it was a dollar cheaper and an extra ounce. Two words: best.decision. It feels cool on my face which i love and even my husband will use it. It will take off makeup, but if you're wearing eyeliner or mascara you may want to use a remover before or after. Its really gentle too. And according to the bottle it is now 100% natural. I definitely recommend but if you need a bit more fighting power, go for the gel.

The product seems to do its job, which is cleanse without making my skin dry. However, it contains menthol. Makes me feel like I'm washing my face with mouthwash.

Just tried this facewash. So far it has been very refreshing and easy on the skin. Leaves me feeling clean but not raw. Smells nice too.

Love this!!! I use it as a mid day wake up wash, it's so refreshing and really makes me feel awake, even as a sleep deprieved mom!
