My 11 year old boys were prone to brown, nasty plaque deposits on their teeth. They brushed regularly - I even brushed their teeth for them trying to get it gone. Nothing short of a dentist's cleaning would get their teeth clean - and then only for a couple weeks at most. Then I read about this toothpaste with the cranberry extract. We've been using it ever since and their teeth are always pearly white & shiny. They love to use it and I love that it's gentle & natural. Yay Burt's Bees!

I have tried many natural (and regular) toothpastes over the years and I prefer this for regular use than anything else. It has a great minty taste and has a smooth creamy texture (unlike some other natural brands). I have been exclusively using this Multicare with fluoride toothpaste since it was released by Burts Bees and I'm very happy with it. My teeth feel completely clean after using it (Note: I always brush for 2+ minutes like the dentist says) and my teeth stay plaque-free for longer than many other toothpaste brands. I also love that its almost 100% natural and isn't very expensive. I prefer it to the Whitening BB toothpaste but I think it depends what you're after-- extra-clean teeth or more polished "whiter" teeth. Anyways, I'm very happy and content sticking with this and have no plans of changing anytime soon!! I definitely recommend!
