I normally love Burt's Bees so I ordered this item off Soap.com because of a deal, but I should have known better and tested it at the store first. Upon first whiff, the scent made me cringe. It smelled overwhelmingly of fake raspberry fragrance, like cheap body spray, but worse. I also smelled an undertone of vomit, but when I presented it to my friends, they could not smell this, so it could be a scent only detectable by certain genetics (super smellers or people with specific sensitivities). The first time I put it in my hair I wanted to gag from the overpowering fragrance. This conditioner is too light, no light isn't the right description, it's watery! The quarter sized dollop slid off my hair like water. I had to put another dollop in to even attempt to run my fingers thru my hair. Even with the large amount of conditioner in my hair, my hair remained squeaky clean and tangled, the conditioner did not lubricate at all. I thought maybe I just wasn't accustomed to this new conditioner, and gave it a second chance, hoping the it might still have a moisturizing effect on my hair. The third day I attempted to use this product, I put a large dollop in my hand but could not even bring myself to put the product in my hair, the scent repulsed me so much. I switched back to my old brand that day, but the terrible raspberry fragrance lingered in my hair for 3 additional washes!

I have thick dry hair and this didn't cut it for me! I think that it would work just fine with not dry thin hair.
