I bought this as a gift for a friend and the products were much smaller than I expected, so small in fact that it seemed like a cheesy gift, so I got her something else instead. Maybe it would have worked if it were packaged differently or something, because it does contain a fair amount of stuff, but it just doesn't look substantial enough to be a gift. A stocking stuffer, yes; a birthday gift, no. As a big Burt's Bees fan, I guess I would recommend this if you're just looking to to try out the different products. But if you're looking for a cute gift, I would suggest one of their other sets, which contain fewer products, but larger sizes.
