Get Started: Remove strip and twist strip to loosen and separate slits. Wet your nose, as the strip does not stick on a dry nose. With dry hands peel strip off plastic liner and apply on nose with smooth side down and press for good contact with skin. Keep it on for 10-15 minutes until stiff to touch. Gently peel off starting at the edges working toward centre. For optimal results, use the strip not more than once in three days.
