I'm a night bath rather than a morning shower person, so this product really suits me. Its combination of epsom salts and aromatic botanical oils is kind to the skin (and muscles and sinuses) and very relaxing, and the scent, mixing lavender and cedar with eucalyptus, menthol and camphor, is interesting, natural and refreshing. I use much less than the bottle suggests with very satisfactory results.
