I was very pleased to see that Almased was carried here and at half the price of the actual manufacturers listing. I used it several years ago so recently I decided to give it another go. The back of the container gives some pretty tasty ideas but I've found that a plain bottle of water and 5-6 scoops (as opposed to the 8 listed on the back) does the trick and smooths the powder. I usually mix a drink up for each meal (breakfast, lunch and dinner) and often only have the drink for breakfast as it is very filling. I'm hoping if I continue to use as directed that it will indeed help to restart my metabolism although to some effect it already has but I'll spare you the bathroom talks. Give it a try for yourself!
