Our all natural pastas are made by local artisans in the Puglia region of Italy. The artisans select the finest Whole Wheat Semolina to achieve a special blend, which ensures pasta with the utmost enjoyable texture and flavor. Cucina Antica Pastas are made utilizing traditional methods and only this specially selected Whole Wheat Semolina and spring water. It is then extruded through bronze dies, followed by a low temperature-drying period, of 24 to 36 hours (depending upon the shape). This artisanal method is what gives Cucina Antica Pastas its unique old world flavor, texture and integrity. There are no eggs and no salt in our pastas- truly all natural.
